Your TORNADO High-Performance Blender automatically comes with a 2-Year Full Warranty. This is a true and honest Warranty – and it even includes the shipping costs both ways if your machine needs to be serviced in our facility.
By purchasing this EXTENDED Full Warranty, your TORNADO will be protected for a total of 5 years.
Should your TORNADO fail within 5 years from the date of purchase due to a defect in material or workmanship, or wear and tear under normal household use, we will cover the cost for shipping (both ways), cost of the parts and labor required to repair your failed machine (a 'machine' consists of the motor base and any container purchased together).
All repairs will be performed within 2 days of receipt of the returned product by our technicians in our facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. If the defective machine can not be repaired, we will replace it with a new one.
Please note that this EXTENDED Warranty can only be purchased within the first 90 Days after the initial purchase of your blender.

If you decide to purchase the extended Warranty, you will receive a Warranty Certificate with your Blender Serial Number in the Mail. In addition, we will also assign the extended Warranty to your TORNADO Serial Number in our system.
